The Bosveld Boer Goat Club’s borders, as demarcated by the South African Boer Goat Breeders’ Association (SABBA), are as follows:
The North-West Province north of the N1 freeway that include Rustenburg & Brits, Limpopo Province, Mpumalanga Province, north of the N4 national road, and the Gauteng Province north of the N4, as well as Pretoria.
As the Bosveld Boer Goat Club we were allocated this area to take care of the following:
• Marketing the breed
• Recruiting and training new members
• Supporting members
• Complying with and protecting the rules & regulations of the SABBA
• Assisting new members
• Promoting the breed
• Generating income by having sales and open days.
